Business as Mission Movement Australia connects Christians with like-minded Christian business people and communities, locally and globally, to create lasting, Kingdom impact through business.
Vision
To invigorate Business as Mission in Australia by recognising and mobilising the unique gifts of Christians in business, and demonstrating how enterprise can be a powerful witness to the unreached.
Our Goal
Our goal is to see a growing movement of Christian business people across Australia and beyond that are intentionally integrating faith and work to bring transformation intentionally to people, communities and nations.
BAM Around the World
BAMMA is part of the wider BAM Global movement, connecting local businesses and leaders into an international network of practitioners.
We also collaborate with Australian organisations and networks, creating “networks of networks” that enable shared learning, partnerships and opportunities.
Our Focus
At BAMMA, success is measured through a quadruple bottom line: spiritual, economic, environmental and social (sometimes known as "people, planet, profit and purpose"). Instead of separating "ministry" and "business", BAMMA sees faith integrated into every commercial activity, seeing business itself as a powerful vehicle for transformation.
Spiritual
Businesses that have a redemptive culture, sharing the gospel and incorporating expressions of faith in to day to day life in their workplaces.
Economic
Profitable and ethical businesses that above all value the people in and around them.
Environmental
Honouring God by intentionally stewarding the environment and operating in ways that protect and restore the world around us.

Creating dignified work that empowers people and offers opportunities to change lives, families and communities.
